I currently have a shared user using our system. We gave them limited access to the system to only include the sensors and security hub. They can change the mode (arm away, home, standby) without any issues. However, whenever they activate a mode, it deletes all the camera record and notification settings from all three modes. Anyone experience something similar? Is there a fix to this? Or do I just have to keep going in to reapply the settings?

Derekeh,
Are they changing these settings using the web client (on a PC) or the mobile app?
Do you experience the same behavior regardless of what device they use to change the mode?
