Buonasera, non riesco ad accedere alle registrazioni in locale su SD dal mio IPhone. Quando provo ad accedere alla libreria il sistema mi dice che i filmati non sono disponibili e devo verificare le connessioni di rete. Per favore potete aiutarmi a risolvere il problema? L’impianto è composta da tre videocamere Arlo pro3 ed ho speso parecchio. Vorrei poter utilizzare le funzioni per le quali ha pagato. Grazie

Does this happen when you are home, with the phone connected to your home wifi?

 

If you use a VPN on your phone, try turning it off.

Hi Stephen, first of all thanks for your promply  reply. Confirm that I have the problem also when I connect with my Wi-Fi home. My iphone haven’t VPN actived. If use a Samsung Phone I can see the records in Arlo Hub without problems. I don’t undertand which is the problem. Thanks regards Domenico

Check that the iPhone app is up to date.

App updated but the problem is still there.

Is the app allowed to access local data?  Go into the apple settings and scroll down to the Arlo app to check.

Yes, the app si allowed… I also tryed to turn of the Arlo Hub. Still nothing

Since this works ok with the Android app, it seems unlikely to have anything to do with the hub.

 

That said, this is a puzzle, and I don't have any suggestions for next steps.
