Refund for my plan subscription

I recently moved to the UK and need to cancel my previous subscription. Can you help me request a refund for the remaining time on my plan?

I already spoke with a live agent, but they weren’t able to process the refund because my subscription was created in Asia. They suggested I contact the US support team, but the phone line is constantly busy. Thanks

I can have support reach out to you, however generally there is no refunds on subscriptions. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call.  You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
