- When installing a replacement keypad sensor hub
1. do you need to remove the old one first and factory reset it as well, before adding the new keypad sensor hub
2. for each sensor paired with the old keypad sensor hub, do you need to reset the sensor in order to pair it with the new keypad sensor hub?

No need to reset the old one but you should remove the sensors first and then the hub from your account to be sure things work properly. You shouldn't need to reset the sensors but it doesn't hurt.
