So my wife didn’t set her location services properly, as a result the perimeter did not disarm the system upon her arrival, when she walked in this triggered a false alarm. She forgot the code. I have two questions.
1. Why wasn’t I or any of the admins on the account contacted by phone before emergency services were contacted?
2. I’ve enabled live agents to view all of our cameras. Upon an alarm triggered, could they not see a woman coming home and the dog wagging its tail? I watched the video and it was obvious she lived there. What’s the point of an agent viewing video feed if they are not going to make appropriate judgment calls?

After reviewing your account/email attached to your username, it appears that Emergency Response is not yet set up. To enable this feature, go to Profile (top left) > Location & Plans (Home), then scroll to Emergency Response and follow the setup prompts. You will need to enter your location details and authorized contacts to complete the setup. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this.
