I have an older model system. While I don’t expect it to work like new ones, I do expect it to record and be able to view those recordings. It works most of the time but has failed to be able to pull some videos up in library. I feel I pay more than I should in monthly payments and don’t get my moneys worth in quality. I also install these camera systems for the security company I work for. We get a lot of complaints about losing connection to not being able to view in library. Maybe before you raise your prices, do the right thing. Get the problems fixed

Can you provide more detail regarding the exact symptoms you're experiencing with "pull some videos up in library"?
If some devices are loosing connection it can be from range or interference issues etc.
