Arlo has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
they do not take the time to fully understand what a customer’s issues are, and always seem like they want to end the chat. I’ve had issues since I got these cameras, and the help I’ve received has been nothing but painful auto reply’s and zero help with the issues.
this product sucks and I wish I never fell for their sale!! I wish I could upload the transcripts of these customer service reps.

Are you saying the clicking on "Sign In" hangs? Or is something else happening?
What have you tried to do to fix it (other than switch to FireFox)? If you didn't clear the Chrome browser cache, then I suggest starting there.

Thanks - clearing the browser data solved the problem. Have been logging in via Chrome for over a year and never had this problem before. Now I know how to fix it

Some of their staff are reading responses from their screens and clearly don't understand the words they are reading.
They do an excellent job of helping consumers know not to do further business with Arlo, because the scripts they are given are full of just b.s.- speak. They literally ignore what you ask or say (possibly because they cannot understand English). If you say something like "No, I'm saying my box from Arlo did NOT arrive with the camera in it." They will say something helpful like, "Sir, you should check open the box you received. You will find the camera is in the box." Then if you reply, "Hmmm... Nope, there is no camera in the box you sent." Then they will say something super helpful like, "Sir, you should checken open the box you received. The camera is always packed in a box."
