I bought some time ago and it's been in storage. So sweet up is asking me for a code on the receipt. And of course that is years ago and I don't have it. How do i go about getting a plan.  I really want this set up today

It shouldn't ask for a code to set it up. If you are needing a subscription you can purchase it from my.arlo.com. Once you are signed in you will be able to purchase a subscription.
