Issues adding additional All-in-One sensors to my system

Anyone else having issues trying to add additional All-in-One sensors to their systems. I been having a problem trying to add three additional sensors for the past 22 days and have had zero luck in getting them added to my system. To make matters worse, the technical support has been unable to assist me, and I've been waiting on a call back for 28 days from someone that might actually be able to diagnose the problem I'm having.
