No access to start an stop Smart hub for friend

Hi,

I have given access for a friend to administration my Floodlight (it is directly on the Wifi) and the other cameras (they are on a Smart hub). He can achieve possibility to start and stop the floodlight and he can see the Smart hub cameras and delete films from them but he can not start and stop them. It is offline for him but not for me. Have logged in and out. Deleted and downloaded again the app. Put the administration for him on and off. Nothing works. He can put the Floodlight on and off but not the cameras that are under the Smart Hub (that is not the floodlight).

Do both users see the feed or library tab at the bottom of the Arlo app?.
