You can't. The hub connects to your network using ethernet.
The wifi network created by the hub is closed, and only used by the cameras. It remains the same no matter what ISP you have.
If you use an Arlo hub, then when you change routers all you should need to do is connect the ethernet cable from the hub to a LAN port on the router.
FWIW, I also configure the new router to use the same network name/password as the old one. That eliminates the need to set up my phones, pcs, printers, etc again.
