Since I bought my new iPhone 17pro I can’t access the settings on any of the cameras on my Arlo app. I can see it on the web link, but not on my app. I have tried with another iPhone as well and nothing. I’ve tried many updates and nothing. This has been an ongoing issue for me. Also the hub devices disappear from my devices list.

Can you try deleting the app, restarting the phone and then reinstalling it from the app store?

Do you mind sending screenshots of what you are seeing?

Sure, here there are. I hit settings and the next screen is like the second screenshot.

I’m experience this issue as well.
Specifics:

  • iOS 26.2
  • iPhone 17 Pro Max
  • App version = 6.10.0 (17309)
  • Cameras (Ultra gen 2 and Ultra gen 3) are all on latest firmware

Troubleshooting steps taken:

  • logged out / in to app
  • logged out, removed app, restarted phone, reinstalled app, logged back in

The behavior works correctly on the web.

When removing the app did you remove it from the front screen or delete it? If you did not fully delete it please go into settings ~ iPhone storage ~ Click on Arlo and then delete app.

Good question. I removed it completely and then restarted the phone.
