My mobthly went from $7.99 a month to $21

Massive monthly rate hike. My monthly subscription went from $7.99 a month to $13 to $21 without approval. I’d like a refund for the difference for the past three months at minimum. I’m on auto pay so it just happened without notification.

Most companies, including this one, simply auto renew your subscriptions, and it's actually your responsibility to keep an eye on your finances. However, I'd hope a company would send its customer a price increase reminder of some kind to say that from XX date, you'll be paying xx amount of money.
