Unable to Setup Emergency Services

Has anyone else had this problem when trying to setup Emergency Response? I have a paid annual subscription with Arlo but when I enter my phone number, I am met with this screen. Support has been anything but useful and I am super disappointed with Arlo’s non-existent support. They keep brushing it off and saying “nothing we can do”. I have the latest Arlo Secure Version 6.11.1 and run on the latest iOS 26.2. 

Support keeps telling me to try signing up on the website which is absolutely hilarious as their website only allows for mobile signup through Arlo Secure App. When you call support, they tell you to not call back as it will not help. It has been over a week since I paid for my subscription and I still cannot activate the service.

 

I need corporate’s details to escalate this issue. Arlo truly is the gold standard for poor customer service.

Can you please uninstall the app and then reinstall it and see if you are able to go through the following steps

Here is all the steps I have tried already:

 

1. Uninstall and reinstall the app

2. Sign out of the app and uninstall and reinstall the app

3. Upgrade from monthly payment to annual payment

4. Try from a different device

5. Enter a different mobile number

 

All of these I have tried with no resolution 😞
