Got case number and no action. Have paid subscription and they say I have none. Can’t talk to a Human. Wyze is much better company. Going to switch all our properties to Wyze.

I don’t see any paid Secure subscription tied to this email, nor any devices onboarded. Do you happen to have another email associated with the subscription? Could you also share a bit more about the symptom you’re experiencing so I can better assist?

experience is terrible switching to Wyze. Arlo has my money but you can not speak to a real person and have to work through a dumb bot. There weeks of frustration is enough. They have my money and I have nothing. Would not recommend Arlo to anyone.
