Fire alarm went off. Sounded for five minutes-
1. no sensor or hub is setup to detect smoke or fire
2. No sensor was armed when alarm went off
3. Alarm continued for 5 minutes despite having siren set to 1 minute due to false alarms.
4. Keypad disarm actions didn’t work
5 there is no activity of any smoke or fire on any sensor or hub in the app.

Brjann,
Did you receive any notifications within the Arlo Secure mobile app when this happened? Have you had any false alarms other than this one?

Nothing shows up in app or notifications. Yes I did have a couple of false alarms a few weeks ago and support told me to reset the security hub and hasn’t happened again. Those were not fire alarms.

I'm working with the development team to gather more information about the issue you've reported.
They have a couple questions that may help provide more clarity:
1. When you say the "Fire alarm went off for 5 minutes" are you referring to the siren in the keypad?
2. Do you recall the time/date when this happened (example 5:00pm central time, 06/10/2023)?
Any additional details about the event would be helpful ( if you have a timeline of what happened, with what device and when, that would be greatly helpful).
