Secondary PIN's not working

Anyone else having issues with Secondary PIN's not working? 

 

I've opened a case with Arlo Support, but not getting any clear answers.

Yesterday, contractor working on my vacation house set off the alarm.  His PIN did not work.  Nor did another PIN.  I had to disable the alarm.   These PINs had been previously been working as soon as last week.

 

I have a paid subscription to Arlo Secure.  If I go to Settings, click my location, click PINs, confirm my password again, I get a page that says at the top:

    Secondary Security PINs and Duress PIN are disabled.

    Subscribers can enable multiple PINs and silent Emergency Response.

And then lists all the secondary PINs that are not working, greyed out, with no ability to add/modify/delete these secondary PINs.

When you first installed your system, it included a trial to the Arlo Safe & Secure Pro plan. To utilize secondary PINs you need a subscription to an Arlo Safe & Secure Pro subscription plan, the Arlo Secure plan does not include this feature.
