My keypad is going bonkers. Arlo agreed to replace it, but not they say a replacement is out of stock. Anyone else having a similar experience?

Interestingly enough, I received an update from ARLO, the following day after posting, that my exchange [RMA] has been processed. Additional updates to follow.
