Brand new all-in-one sensor lasted 15-days; replaced the battery, but the sensor reports charge at 39%. Did I received a defective sensor?

Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the issue. They should be able to assist you with the sensor.
