To utilize this feature, you must have an Arlo Safe & Secure Pro plan and have finished setting up Emergency Response.
When an alarm event is triggered, you will have a grace period to stop the alarm activation (entry delay). Once countdown expires, you will receive a call and SMS from the 24*7 monitoring agent, along with any other contacts nominated in Emergency Contacts list. If there is no further feedback within a timely manner, the agent will dispatch appropriate emergency response depending on the trigger type (eg. door open while armed will result in police being sent).
