Cellular disconnect notifications

We get costant notifications there keypad has lost cellular connectivity. It usually comes right back on. But we get two notifications. This can happen at anytime of day or night. Is there any way to filter these notifications or otherwise address this problem?

This has been going on for two years. The issue is that it will alert us in the middle of the night, then a minute later we get another alert it came back on. Perhaps I have an issue with the keypad, or maybe it needs a way to filter the alert for a time.

I see. There is a chance It may be related to the cellular provider or their network. To further troubleshoot this, please reach out to the Support team to investigate this symptom you are experiencing. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to the Profile icon > Support Center > Select device > contact
