Cannot add cameras despite buying 2nd basestation and new cameras

I have an existing Arlo system with a subscription allowing unlimited cameras. It has been stable for a year or 2. It has Pro and Essential XL along with 1 floodlight cameras. 

One of the essential XLs suddenly was not showing in the app or account. I tried to add it back but was not found. I assumed was the camera so purchased a Pro 4 to replace. Tried to.add that but still no luck. It also would not join. Purchased a new basestation but same issue there. When selected the new basestation it also failed to find any new cameras.

Checked my subscription and it shows all active and current. 

 

Any ideas?!

Try using the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if there's a difference. You can also try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app as well as using a different mobile device.

Did check the myarlo website page and also installed on a separate phone and even tried IOS rather than Android.

Same issue occurs.

DId anything in your networking change (router, ISP, etc.)? Is a VPN in use?
