Arlo Smart Hub inexplicably goes offline

I have a 4540 with 5 Arlo 2s and 1 Essentials.

System has worked great for 1½ years.

 

In July, hub started going offline everyday. To get it back online, I had to restart my AT&T internet gateway.

Long story short, replaced hub 2x, cat 6 3x, att gateway 1x.

Disabled AT&T's Active Armour. 

Opened firewall to hub IP/port.

 

Escalated to backend att support. That can take 10 days for a response.

 

I am convinced this is a configuration issue on AT&T's end.

 

Is anyone else having this issue?
