Adding additional User Codes

I want to add access codes so people like the house cleaners, parents, etc can turn off the alarm, but I don't want them to have to download the app and make an account. They don't need to see camera feeds, just arm and diarm the alarm. Is there no way to do this?

Hi @pm1694 

You can utilize the Secondary pin feature for guests etc.

You can set this up under Profile (Top left) > home > Select Pins > Create a secondary security pin.

Thanks, but why not be able to add more than 2 codes?

Have you tried creating secondary pins? You have the option to enable multiple.
