Trying to order Solar Charging Panel for Go for won't accept shipping address

I am trying to order the Solar Charging Panel for Arlo Go and 2 and it won't accept my shipping address. It says, 'Shipping not permitted.' O.O We need this Solar panel that just came back in stock for our Arlo Go. What do I do?
