Any way to adjust time between videos and length of videos?

Is there anyway to adjust the time between videos and the length of the videos, I am receiving 2 videos for every motion and all videos are 10 seconds long, have camera pointed at gate entrance to homeowners association. Also my invites are not being sent out to people I have asked to join, help

If this is a high-traffic area, you will need to recharge the battery frequently.
