Can using a solar panel below zero degree (cold weather) damage the solar panel?

Our Arlo Go is at another location, no electrical, and far so cannot go replace batteries. VMA4600 solar panel shows it works only above freezing. Understand batteries won't charge to protect themselves in cold temperature but will solar panel be damaged if left out in below freezing temperatures. Or will it just pick up and start charging again once there are a few days above zero.

The solar panel should not be damage by below freezing ( had mine to -10F and no issues )
The control circuit of if the camera gets charged or not (due to low temp) is in the camera....makes no diff what the panel puts out below freezing. When above freezing the camera will allow the batteries to start charging if the panel is putting out power
