Are you referring to the Pro cameras or the Qs? FOr the Pros, what are the LEDs on the base showing? Are the batteries charged? Have you tried with the AC power adapter?

There's a specific section here for the Go cameras - this section is for the Pro 2, hence some confusion.

The Go cameras should automatically connect when cell service is restored as long as the battery is charged (loss of signal can drain the battery). You may need to remove them from Settings, My Devices and set them up as if new. Your cell provider may need to check the SIM card as well as your data plan, too.
