I returned unopen products to Arlo 49 days ago. They have yet to give me my money back. I call once a week and the same thing happens. They check the tracking and agree they received the products back. They then create a escalated case for me and say I should get resolution in 48 hours. Nothing ever happens after that. This company in a scam and steals your money!

It did take around ten or twelve days to reach but that was expected. I'm not sure how good the return/refund/exchange policy is though.
