I have Arlo GO cameras that have been running on Bell network. They still are attached to a Bell account. I recently switched my cell phone to a Telus sim card, and tried to log in to my Arlo Secure app on my new Telus iphone. When logging in to the app, I receive the verifcation code, click 'trust this device'. keep getting an error message 'there was a problem trusting this device'.
The cameras are still on a Bell plan, I should be able to connect and use the app on a Telus sim card, correct? Appreciate any help with this.

Try using a browser to my.arlo.com and check your profile in Settings. It's possible too many devices are stored in the 2FA settings for trust. Delete some to see if that helps.
