Arlo go if offline. Verizon says all good on their side. Tried removing camera to resync but it wants a QR code which I don’t have for this 3 year old camera. How do I generate a new one?

It's been a long time since I messed with a Go but isn't the QR code generated by the app when you go through the setup procedure?

That’s what I thought but it’s not providing. Has an option that says “no QR code?” which I choose, but it just takes you to a loop of the phone trying to locate the camera and it can’t do it without the code.

I believe there's an FAQ here to reset the Go. IIRC, it provides a specific QR code in the FAQ to cause the camera to reset. Maybe that would help.

I’ll check that out thank you. Now the one on the roof powered by a solar panel is offline. It shut down for a couple of hours a week ago when the temp reached 111 but went back on once it cooled off. Not sure what’s going on with both of these cameras. Will circle back.
