How to transfer ownership Arlo Go to another person?

I would like to transfer ownership of a Arlo Go to another person. I have the Camera on my account and I have granted access to the new owner. How can I make the transfer complete?

We have tried to remove the camera from my account and then add the camera to his account, but the installation failed on step scanning the QR code.

To tranfer the system... you have to remove the unit from your account ( as it is linked to the primary account )

So, use remove device ( on go ) and then let the new owner set it up on his account just as if new.

Who owns the sim card ?
