Question:- How to reactivate the auto-recording (based on motion/sound detection) function somehow disabled (by Arlo) since 6 Nov 2021 ??
Cams on "no plan" subscription.
Cannot receive since 6 Nov 2021 email notifications of motion detections; checked video library and found no video recordings since then (used to have recordings everyday). (Worked well for 3 years before 6 Nov 2021.)
Had not changed settings for over a year.
Had tried with one of the cams the removing & reinstating of its battery but found no resumption of auto-recording based on motion/sound detection.
Logged in but could not proceed further than the Arm/Disarm screen page under "Mode" (screen clip shown attached).
No improvement even after subscribing on 19/11 to Arlo Secure (1-mth $4.49).
Nevertheless can manually create video recordings in library.

For further assistance where your Arlo Go camera is showing "no plan" subscription, please navigate to Settings > Support in the Arlo App for service options available to you.

The virtual assistant under "Setting" " Support" could not answer my question.
Previously had no subscription (i.e. "no plan"). Starting on 19/11/2021, one camera is on Arlo Secure subscription, but still cannot proceed further than the Arm/Disarm screen page under "Mode" (the screen keeps showing "Getting status...." for the cams and does not proceed further for the arm function settings.)
