Help with choosing a camera for Mobile van business

I have a mabile grooming salon and want to install a security camera. Don't know what model to buy. I need to be able to see my employee on the road. We don't always have electricity in the van (only when the generator is on) can this be a problem?
And how about the monthly plan? And does it work in Canada?

Not only is power your issue, but most of the Arlo cameras need wifi or an Ethernet port to function.

Your only possible camera would be a GO camera which is cellular based, but how good it would operate inside a van is a question.
