Have an All Go camera (not Go 2). Changed the battery and the camera went offline that is not that unusual. When this happens I delete the camera and reload back on the app and usually good. Deleted off the app and now cannot reload. The camera when turned on is a solid blue LED that says I'm connected to the network and it is recognized. go through the steps to scan the QR code, it will not accept, and makes a chime/buzz then the LED light blinks a fast amber saying it is not connected to the cloud? Can anyone help?

I have exactly the same issue. I'm in New Zealand. I have a mobile phone number with the SIM in the camera. I can't get it started up again. The Arlo app reads the QR code, then the amber light blinks quickly then the app spins while it is looking for an Arlo device nearby. It cannot find my device.

Are you still experiencing this?
May I ask which other troubleshooting steps you have performed so far?

Hello:
Thanks for replying. I feel a bit stranded here in New Zealand.
My camera eventually fired up. I tried the normal setup of synching then scanning the QR code, as per the setup instructions from when I bought the camera. I tried this over and over, and at best got a rapidly blinking orange light, but was unable to locate an Arlo device. Eventually, my device could be located. I'm suspecting that the problem was with my mobile provider. I had a number of changes made to my service a few hours before trying to restart my camera. Perhaps these changes took a while to "bed in." Anyway, for now I am happy. I'm also happy that someone out there will answer a call from the wilderness of Aotearoa.

I am still having problems. I brought the camera into town as I had it located in a remote place…still will not accept the QR code? Don’t know what else to do except send back to Arlo for inspection and repair, but there is nothing on their website? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Is Arlo Secure the Mobile app you are recommending or is it another?
