Arlo Go, only shows up in camera list in Arm away not in Arm home, also is always active and sending motion notifications even when when clicking standby, only way to stop it is to go to device settings and disable, tried on two different Android phones.

WHich modes do you want it to be active in? Arm Home and Standby would require you to manually create a rule for the camera, if desired. Since it doesn't work in Arm Home, it appears that you don't have a rule configured (or its misconfigured). It would also seem that Standby does have a rule for the camera which you can delete, if appropriate.
