My arlo go speaker isn’t working

I put my camera on a dog trap today and I have no speaker.  It worked fine a couple of weeks ago. I tried my second camera and same deal. I can’t update the app because arlo told me that would cause my cameras to not work at all.  I used to have the share device option and 6 months after buying my camera they took that option away. Now it seems they’ve take the speaker as well

Can you please share what steps you have tried so I do not repeat things you have already done.

I have reset the camera. Reloaded the app. Re-synced the camera. Spoken to arlo technical support. Checked with a person who shares my device and they can’t access the camera either

Can you please update the app and see if the behavior changes?
