Hi,

 

I purchased a second hand Arlo Go camera. Inserted a Giffgaff 4G sim card which has no PIN and is activated with data working correctly (I tried it in my phone).

 

I used the QR code to first perform a factory reset and then did sync via QR code to connect to my Arlo Cloud account but it cannot find the device. Tried different APN settings I found for giffgaff and nothing seems to work. 

 

The signal is showing this:

  • The camera is connected to the cellular network but it cannot connect to the cloud.

     

    Any ideas?

If the previous owner didn't remove the camera from his account, you can't add it to yours.
