We have 10 camera's and not a single one connects anymore. We have TMOBILE Sim Cards placed inside each camera and have tried trouble shooting multiple times, but nothing seems to work. We even bought new batteries. We got our sim cards from Tmobile and not through the Arlo plan, so would that be why we are having trouble?

Were the cameras originally outfitted with T-Mobile SIMs? There's a difference in radios between carriers so if you bought cameras that supported one carrier but are now trying to use them on another, it won't work.
