Can somebody explain to me the audio and motion settings?

Can somebody explain to me the audio settings? I see a 1 thru 5. What is the difference between 1 and 5?

Also what are the differences on the motion settings 1 thru 100? 1 has a person standing versus 100 a person running?

Low number is less sensitive, high number is more sensitive.
