I took this device off my list and am trying to add it again. I no longer have the box so I’m using the QR code given by the app to add the device. I’ve tried multiple times.
Sometimes I get a “happy” ping, but it doesn’t find the device when looking. Most of the time I get a sad ping and it doesn’t find the device. It worked fine before and I haven’t changed anything. This is annoying.
