Can I use Smart Alerts with Arlo Go cameras?

I just subscribed to Smart Premier and trying to use Smart Alerts with my Arlo GO camera but the app doesn't allow me to. The Go comes up as "Inactive" under the smart alerts menu and there doesnt seem to be a way to add it.

The GO camera is on, and active. And I can view it live with no problems. 

What am I doing wrong?
