I am interested in pursuing an Arlo business plan, but need the capability to group cameras and share with other members of my business. For example, I would like to give my HR person access to the cameras at the office, and my warehouse manager access to cameras at the warehouse. Does this mean I will have to pay a separate subscription fee for each user of my business and share the selected devices with that user?

No.

Yes.  They'd each need their own Arlo account, and you'd use the "friend" access feature to share the appropriate cameras.

FWIW, I'm thinking the "home" Arlo Secure plan might be a better option.  It has unlimited cameras and 30 day retention for $9.99 a month (US price for Arlo Secure).  The business plans seem to be more expensive and offer fewer features.

BTW, one thing you might find frustating - you won't get monthly receipts for the subscription cost.
