Arlo go with powerbank (voltaic)

Since the original batteries aren’t produced anymore I’m testing to connect the camera to a power bank with an “always on”-function. However it doesn’t seem like it works properly, since the red battery icon with the lightning bolt is showing. Has anyone experienced similar issues?

What is the ambient temp where the camera is located? The battery won't charge if below 32F/0C. Does the camera work anyways?
