I was given an Arlo Go 2 years ago for Christmas and I never set it up, well now I am and it want read the QR code when I need to scan it. I have moved it around, done it on another iPad and it won’t read. I tried to call for tech support and they wanted $200 for them to fix it. I don’t have a SIM card in my Arlo Go to put in. I would really like to get it working before the holidays. My sister and brother in law had no problem hooking theirs up. They have all been synced so I am at a loss on what to do now.

First you need to know what model you have ... a sim will be needed;

Open your Arlo Go camera’s battery door, remove the battery, and look for the serial number on the device label inside the battery compartment.

If the serial number starts with 51F the service provider Arlo Mobile and service can be purchased from within your Arlo Account.
If the serial number starts with 4RF or 4YY the service provider is AT&T
If the serial number starts with 51B the service provider is Verizon

Another way to identify your Arlo Go service provider is to compare your camera's SKU to the list below:

VML4030-200NAS = Arlo Mobile

VML4030-100NAS = AT&T Enterprise
VML4030-1VZNAS = Verizon

Hi there from Down Under

I have Arlo Pro x 2 cameras.

Sims are loaded and active through my telco provider Telstra.

I cannot get a read of the QR code to move onto next stage loading them up.

Being Australia my model is VML4030-1TLAUS - I assume its the same but for Aussie sales.

Need help, I'm really annoyed for this should be pretty easy to get paired up but frustrating.
