Arlo Go has new ATT plan and SIM and is NOT happy.

Hi. I have an arlo go cam. purchased used ebay after verifying it was a legit cam. Being a used cam i contacted ATT and got a plan and a new SIM. First attempt i had error that the camera was restricted. A short call to ATT resolved and removed the restriction. I verified that the SIM had been activated. And according to att ithe SIM had been activated and is active. There is a good signal for ATT at the location where the cam is located. When I attempt to add the device it cannot be located. No matter where I placed the cam and no matter how many attempts. Nada. I did attempt to add a device on a mobile device and i got the same restriction notice from Arlo. I will get the restricted notice on a mobile platform but not from a mac or PC. I don't know if there is truly a restriction on the cam from Arlo.. ATT indicated that they would pass on to Arlo that the cam has a new plan and no restrictions. Any body had any issues adding an Arlo Go on ATT? Thanks folks!!! blirshnik.,
