Arlo go power cable for indoor use only?

Hi All.

I have a question...On page 13 in the manual...it says that the power adapter cable(the black one) is for indoor use only? Is this correct? In which case is there a cable for outdoor permenent power supply.

The supplied cable is for indoor use.  There is an outdoor charger accessory.
