Can you confirm that the camera is a Go (not the Go 2 or some other model)?

Note there is a label inside the camera (remove the camera from the housing, and then remove the battery).

I came here to say the same thing and saw this thread. My Arlo Go which has worked for years now is not recording motion. It is a Arlo Go VML4030. I can Live view with no issue. I can manually record and it will keep the manual recording with no issue (I have some from Nov 30 that are still there.)

 

Please advise.

I forgot to say it is armed. I did unarm it and rearm it as well but it did not resolve it.

If you create a custom mode with new rules telling the camera to record on motion, does that resolve the issue?

I resolved it. I had to remove the camera from the account and re-add it. Sounds trivial but it's not, well physically anyway.
