Recharge cable went broken and warranty service send me a new arlo unit. I deleted my arlo camera to my account but it is still recording into the cloud. That's why I can not attached the new camera to my present account because the qr-code is the same. What can I do? There is no camera at all but the cloud service function is online which I can not touch?

I don't think that is an issue - the system generates the QR code, it's not linked specifically to the camera.

If you deleted the camera from your account, it shouldn't be saving recordings there (and it shouldn't be listed in your account's device list at all).
