Hi, I have a home system with no problems
I also have a Orlo Go VML4030 , when I open my app, and push “ add new devices”
it gives me options for cameras, chimes, and essentials
there is no arlo go, I’ve tried the rest just out of desperation.
they want to go to my base station,
I went to att and replaced the already new card just in case,
it’s active and on my bill
any help appreciated

I use the iPhone app.
Choosing Add New Devices -> Cameras -> Others brings me to a "Legacy" list that includes the Go.

I have to scroll down in Cameras to see the Others selection in the Android app.

Create another Arlo account with a different email address.
Add the camera through the new address (make sure you are logged out of the old one)
Give Access rights to your other address and it will come up on your phone with your other cameras.
